Neophoton has translation checked chapter 460-463, so that has been taken care of.

I used TruePNG to optimize chapter 458. Think you could check over the .pngs to make sure I did everything right?

Also, who cleaned chapters 461 - 463? I need to credit them properly.

Do you have the updated script for 457? I think I'm going to typeset it again just in case. I'll need to know who translated and cleaned it, too.

TruePNG should only be used on colour images. It will make black and white images indexed. PNGGauntlet for the scanlated pages. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to make the chart that says what optimization tool to use, but a mix of a school project, flu and a bunch of other projects (some of them Pokémon manga projects) has caused some delays.

Vchanfan cleaned chapter 461-464.

Maybe it would be best to simplify things by waiting with chapter 457 until 458 and 459 are released? Just a thought.

Looks like I'll be doing another batch process with Photoshop for 458. You're right, 457 can wait until 458 and 459 are released. It's a re-release, anyway. Did Vchanfan also clean 460? They're in the same zip file.

Also, turn off the "Enable DeflOpt" option in PNGGauntlet (Tools > Options > DeflOpt). It may otherwise cause compability issues.

Do we have raws of volume 45?

Yes, we have access to RAWs for all future volumes via Lavender Scanlations on the condition that we don't release the RAWs, just use the RAWs for scanlation and credit Lavender Scanlations / Mr. Smiley.
petermueller88 has volume 45-48, which he has said that he will eventually debind and scan. So when he does that we could release his RAWs.

How would I obtain the raws? I don't speak any Spanish...

Hmm. Apparently I just have some magazine RAWs fron them. I'll send Mr. Smiley's e-mail address to you and then you can ask him for the RAWs.

Oh and by the way, remind cleaners when they start cleaning that when editing Lavender Scanlations' RAWs they should not have the original RAW layer saved in the PSD. That's since someone might revert the PSDs back to RAW scans when the PSDs are released by us.

Has volume 44 been cleaned yet? If not, is anybody interested in cleaning it?

I'm in charge of chapter 465 (the first one of volume 44). Vchanfan was also cleaning a chapter of this volume.
I got far with the cleaning but stopped at the redrawing parts and don't really want to go on with that as long as we don't release (another) chapter... I'm sorry about this, but I want to see a little bit of a progression first and not get the work wasted again... if you still want me to clean it, of course

Status Update!

Chapters 458 and 461 are ready for release. 462 and 459 are just need one more QCer to finish before they'll be ready for release, too. I may have to ask someone to finish typesetting 460 because I really don't have time to do it right now. I'll try to have it done by the end of the week, hopefully.

I've also got 463 almost done, I can take over 460, since I have off tomorrow (Thursday) and can do it then.

EDIT: Actually I still have the raws of 464 and access to the translation of that so I'll probably hit that one first.

How do you guys want to release chapters 458, 461 and 462? Release them now or as a batch?

Oh and anyone want to TLC chapters 464 and 465? Neophoton is busy...

I'd say release them individually as usual, but that choice is up to you guys. That way the chapters should be released faster as well.
