What do we do now?

Our release pace hasn't exactly been impressive. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm open to suggestions.
My management skills are far from good. I think that this group needs a better, more effective project manager.
We are currently waiting for some of the cleaners to finish their work.

I guess the reason why the release pace is so is because everyone is too busy with their own stuff. I think we should take up the jobs in rotation.
We should have more active TLers working, say 4 TLers, and each of them will have 4 weeks to work on a chapter, so we can release a chapter per week. That'll be more than enough time, and that goes for the TLCers, cleaners, QCers and so on.
But it won't work if we don't have enough volunteers.

We have four TLers, but two of them are unreachable and last time I checked all but two TLCers were busy. :/

I think we should improve the means of communication. It's not very effective to cooperate using the forum (especially for quality and translation checkers). We should start using some chat, this will make checking easier.

We have an IRC channel and I would really like if we could start using it.

I've been on the IRC Channel, but nobody seems to on... It would be nice if we started using more often.

I like Zorua's idea. That way, we'll get done faster, but we'll need more volunteers.

By the way, my PC just got back from being repaired and they had to factory reset it. Is there anything I missed?

I have started coming to the IRC channel the last few weeks. some was there tonight as well.

It's ok then. I could finish TL a chapter quicker, so that's fine. But I can only resume TL works starting next week, since I'll be on holiday.
I haven't used the IRC channel before, but I'll try it out next week or so.

I think zoura's right in that a lot of us are pretty busy... after this month I should have a lot more free time though, so I can help the group out more with typesetting and the like. But it's also a good idea to set up a release schedule, since we didn't even have a timetable before.

For the IRC channel, I don't think the program works properly on my computer, because every time I'd signed onto it, nobody at all was online. Like, ever. Manga Reader X had said he was on a few times then, but it still said no one was online at all. I'll give it another try soon though.

We should have a schedule, but I think that'll add pressure to everyone. As long as each of us can finish one page per day, there'll be no problem at all.

That might very well have been one of the times I was gone from IRC for weeks.
